Residential Counselor (several positions available)

Shifts Available:

Wednesday - Sunday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Sunday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Monday - Tuesday, plus 1st Wednesday of every month, 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Thursday - Friday, plus 1st Wednesday of every month, 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Thursday - Friday, plus 1st Wednesday of every month, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and guiding the residents in their daily routine. Provides a healthy, therapeutic and safe environment for residents and their children in their direct care. Ensure safety of residents while transporting to and from appointments as needed. Participates in mandatory training, in-service, and meetings.

Qualifications: BA in Social Sciences preferred or related field and/or 2-4 years mental health/residential treatment experience, good verbal and written communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record and must provide proof of current vehicle insurance upon employment.
