St. Anne's is currently looking for enthusiastic and talented volunteers to assist our professional staff in providing the best possible care for the young women and children we serve. In various roles, St. Anne's volunteers help foster an atmosphere of trust and understanding. They have the opportunity to make an important difference in the lives of these very special young people.
Current Volunteer Needs:

TUTORS - Volunteers are needed in helping students at New Village Charter High School with their schoolwork on a one-to-one basis. Subjects may include math, history, geography, English as a second language, literature, and other high school courses. In addition, many residents need special assistance with general study skills and exam preparation.

EARLY LEARNING CENTER – Patient and caring Volunteers are needed to help St. Anne's child care workers with our youngest residents--the infants and toddlers of our teenaged mothers. Volunteers must present a warm and friendly personality and be able to relate well with children. The Early Learning Center volunteer hours are from Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

CLERICAL SUPPORT – Volunteers are needed to assist in various departments at St. Anne's. We are looking for individuals with typing, filing, data entry, and general office skills. This assignment can be ongoing, or for a specific project only. Regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

EVENT SUPPORT – Volunteers are needed to assist the Development Department with special events. Event assignments include help with silent auctions, event registration, cashiering, greeting guests, selling of raffle tickets and much more. St. Anne’s hosts a number of events each year, including Evening of Angels, an Annual Golf Tournament, the Feast Day of St. Anne and St. Joachim, the Thrift Shop Annual Fashion Show and the Annual Holiday Bazaar.

GUILDS & AUXILIARIES - St. Anne's Guilds and Auxiliaries are looking for new members to help them raise funds for crucial programs that help our young women and children build brighter futures. Fund raising activities include Restaurant Nights, Annual Fashion Show, Annual Holiday Bazaar and Feast Day of St. Anne's.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - High school-aged students are welcome to volunteer at St. Anne’s to complete their internship hours and community service. Intern candidates must apply and interview with the Volunteer Coordinator and be approved by the program supervisor.
