Family Based Services Program
In both an effort to expand access to current programs and services to those living outside the walls of St. Anne's, and as a response to the growing demand from child welfare experts to provide outreach to children and families within their homes, the Family Based Services Program focuses on St. Anne's current residential and community clients, with additional focus being placed on community outreach, in-home services and inter-agency collaboration. This program provides supportive services, such as Family Literacy that helps preschool children and their parents with learning resources and materials; Family Preservation and Partnerships for Families Programs that provide in-home counseling and support to at-risk children and their families; Work Readiness Program providing young women with the opportunities, assistance, resources and on-going supports needed to ensure long-term, meaningful employment; St. Anne's is also the lead agency in a Wraparound Approach Services, an integrated, multi-agency, collaborative that provides expanded access to services and referrals between agencies with a shared mission of assisting families with the support and resources necessary to safely and competently care for their children in their home.
